Exploring healthy masculinity and aware fathering has always led this presenter, with curiosity, back to his own dad.  Like many men, wanting to understand more about their dad is an important space for understanding their own masculinty and in becoming a father.  Today's episode, ‘My Dad & I’, offers a glimpse through the eyes of the presenters 90 year old father, Lex Tonnet, into life during the 1930, 40’s and 50’s.  It highlights the contrast between his generation and a contemporary one, with a lens on masculinity and fatherhood, exploring the significance of connection, emotions and community.
