Anni, there are several instances in the babylonian talmud that forbid healing on the sabbath. None of them have to do with witchcraft. You could only heal if it was life saving. I can share those with you on Sunday.

Just for the record, there is nor would there be a prohibition of healing on the Sabbath. From the sources I've read, it would've considered idolatry if witchcraft or sorcery is used. However providing medical care is absolutely permitted.
