David showed the “Nosedive” episode from the Black Mirror TV series in which a woman is desperate to boost her personal social media score. This is an extreme depiction of a future society based on reciprocity, personal gain, and people pleasing. It can actually be seen as comical from our perspective. In contrast, knowing yourself provides a solid basis for true happiness. David also describes a man’s behavior at the Mystery School, and how he was able to move though old anger patterns and leave them behind.
