Candy is a co-founder of her company, Element Lifestyle Retirement, and an innovator who has sparked a movement across Canada, and all the way to Australia, with an intergenerational aging-in-place movement. Her vision won her company an international award from over 950 retirement projects assessed worldwide. Her purpose in this model is to break through the stigma around “old folks homes.” She also leads a 618-acre waterfront development and is creating a legacy community with a long-term vision. Her next venture will be wellness communities. It has always been Candy’s ideal and passion to contribute to society through her daily work.
