We've recently spent a lot of time discussing compensation for college athletes, but the transfer issue also needs to be addressed. Obviously a lot of time and resources go into finding the right athletes for each program, but in instances where it would benefit the student athlete to transfer, let's all agree to use common sense. Just sign off and let the kid go. We continue our tour of the Mariners minor league system to find out how some of the organization's top prospects are performing. This hour, we check in with Mike Curto, voice of the Rainiers to find out about the players at the AAA level who are just about ready to make the Big Leagues.
