Hey Doug, burn this info into your brain, parts of it match perfectly with what took place in Dealey Plaza on 22Nov, 1963. The Carter info fits as well. I was in the Military during this time period in 1979. President Carter's Limo and a CIA vehicle were both parked in our Fire Station. The Secret Service, the FBI and the CIA all sent advance teams to give the entire area in depths searches for potential assassins, particularly checking all of the roof tops. They were on high alert for a possible assassination attempt. You didn't mention it, but the Shah of Iran was assassinated shortly after coming to the USA.
