17 OCT 2018 · David Fischer, CEO of Landmark Capital joins The Steve Noble Show for their monthly Money Monday segment. With Canada coming on board with trade, the markets are looking very good and the deadline by October 1st has been met. This agreement will be held for 16 years and be reviewed every 6 years. This trade effects auto, grains, dairy, aluminum, and steel. For U.S. Dairy farmers, they will now have the option to sell into Canada with a 3.5% cap on it.

David starts explaining that the main 6 sectors in the stock markets are at a crossroad and this causing an up and down fluctuation in the markets. David says that investors need to be defensive and be hasty with where you put your money and get your money out of the market. Switching to cash is ultimately the safest move to make and will ensure that you don't lose money.

9 OCT 2018 · David Fischer joins The Kevin McCullough show to discuss what's going on in the economy and the current status of the markets. Canada has been pressured into going into trade with Mexico and the United States, and they are opening up U.S. Dairy Farmers to access of 3.5% without tariffs. The EU is signing what is called the joint comprehension plan that was agreed upon decades ago with Iran. This now allows European companies and allies to do open trade with Iran.

26 SEP 2018 · David Fischer, CEO of Landmark Capital joins the Kevin McCullough show to discuss what is going on in the economy and how the markets are doing. The FED is going to be raising rates this week, and the 200 billion dollars worth in tariffs are going live this week and the Chinese market did not react well to this. Retaliation has come into place, naturally, with 60 billion dollars in tariffs. China has also written a white paper stating they do not want to negotiate with the United States anymore.

11 SEP 2018 · David Fischer, CEO of landmark Capital joins the Kevin McCullough show to discuss the current market situation. Kevin starts off by asking David about what president Trump is doing to boost retirement savings. President Trump has put out an executive order to do this, which has helped future retirees and to help small businesses set up their 401ks. Independent deals have been struck with Mexico, but Canada has not been made. David says that overall the economy is doing great, and the unemployment rate is at a generation all-time low.

David talks about the upcoming recession and when it will be coming, as well as the 10 year anniversary of the market crash from the Lehman Brothers. With more tariffs being implemented, David says the market will take another dive because of the massive uncertainty that they bring to the economy. Russia and China team up and have mended tithes, they have also produced the largest military drill since the cold war.

The United States Mexico trade agreement is underway and this has had a positive outcome in the global markets. With the trade agreement happening with Mexico, it is forcing Canada to play ball with the United States or there could be many financial problems for their country. As this continues financial experts are coming out and saying we are only getting closer to a recession. The Trump administration is trying to decide if they want to raise tariffs to 25% on 200 billion dollars of Chinese goods, this will affect over 6000 products.
