25 FEB 2018 · This week my preparation for Borneo Ultra Trail marathon was at Gunung Angsi, Negeri Sembilan. Training session this week was for running uphill, down hill and hiking, and to test my latest running equipment. Never, never run with running equipment that you never tested before.
