10 MAY 2014 · ‘How close are you to your dream? How much do you really know about your dream? Are you as close to your goal as you can possibly get? Do you allow challenges to take you push you further away or drive you closer to your goal and dream?’ This weeks message reminds us that achieving our goals and dreams will often be determined by how close you get to it. Think about it….how many times have you missed opportunities to get closer to you goal & dream? If you often find yourself failing to NOT ONLY RECOGNIZE BUT CAPITALIZE on opportunities to bring you closer to your desire, then this is for you. (Genesis 5:22 ESV) Enoch walked with God, and he was not, for God took him. (Genesis 5:24 ESV) By faith Enoch was taken up so that he should not see death, and he was not found, because God had taken him. Now before he was taken he was commended as having pleased God. (Hebrews 11:5 ESV) The LORD spoke to Moses after the death of the two sons of Aaron, when they drew near before the LORD and died, and the LORD said to Moses, “Tell Aaron your brother not to come at any time into the Holy Place inside the veil, before the mercy seat that is on the ark, so that he may not die. For I will appear in the cloud over the mercy seat. But in this way Aaron shall come into the Holy Place: with a bull from the herd for a sin offering and a ram for a burnt offering. He shall put on the holy linen coat and shall have the linen undergarment on his body, and he shall tie the linen sash around his waist, and wear the linen turban; these are the holy garments. He shall bathe his body in water and then put them on. And he shall take from the congregation of the people of Israel two male goats for a sin offering, and one ram for a burnt offering. (Leviticus 16:1-5 ESV) ***The Mysterys Challenge Of The Week For Us All*** ‘After listening identify 3 areas of your life where you can ‘PURPOSELY GET CLOSER TO THE TRUTH’ on the way to your goal and dream. Write them down on a sheet of paper and then decide on 3 different ways you can PUSH PAST PROBLEMS AND DOUBT TO GET TO THE TRUTH. ***NOTE: The Easiest way for me is to THINK ABOUT WHAT DESIRE I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW MORE OF AND PURPOSELY SET ASIDE TIME TO DO SO NO MATTER!!! Based on what you’ve learned and been reminded of here…. ARE YOU AWARE OF THE GOD-GIVEN POWER TO THINK, CHOOSE, SPEAK, FEEL & ACT IN FAITH WITHIN YOU when it comes to consciously ’GETTING CLOSER TO YOUR GOOD’ each day so that He and His love can flow through you in an ‘easier’ way for and towards your greater good? Jot down the intention to ‘let it be so’ in your journal and then ask God for the strength, patience and love put it into conscious loving practice with acceptance. Amen.
