6 MAY 2024 · The Mariners have won 6 straight series and their bats are still cold, Gregg and Christopher discuss the run the M's have had as they'll be taking on the Minnesota Twins on Monday night. Seahawks rookie camp showed the good and bad, Gregg shares his thoughts on the new era that's underway, we're getting a brief glimpse as to what training camp will look like. It's only a matter of time before the Sonics return, and Fox 13's Aaron Levine wrote a article explaning just that as fans are anxiously waiting for the big annoucement. 

3 MAY 2024 · Danny Kelly of The Ringer joins the show to discuss his thoughts on the Atlanta Falcons selecting Michael Penix Jr., was Byron Murphy II worth missing out on 65 other picks, and much more. We pivot to the textline and read messages from listeners, and Chris Crawford is filling in for Ian Furness, and he shares what he has planned for his show. 

3 MAY 2024 · Byron Murphy II is in Seattle for Seahawks rookie mini camp, he also had a press conference at the Seahawks headquarters. We play audio of Byron expressing his love for the Legion of Boom, and him being a Seahawks fan, to him maybe getting a chance to run the ball under Ryan Grubb's system. Gregg also brings up an interesting discussion regarding the NBA vs. NHL, and Patrick Beverly thinks he's above everone else by disrespecting a reporter, plus his altercation w/ a fan. 

2 MAY 2024 · The Kraken need a head coach obviously, Gregg shares some likely candidates regarding where the Kraken will go since the firing of Dave Hakstol. Kidd and Gregg read texts from listeners on the text line, and we catch up w/ Ian Furness as he shares what he has planned on his show. 

2 MAY 2024 · The Mariners win the series against the Atlanta Braves but man their offense stinks to say the least. Gregg Bell was at the game and realized soemthing about the Mariners that even his high schoolers are doing at the plate. With Gregg down at the Seahawks headquarters as rookie Minicamp gets underway we give listeners a chance to ask Gregg questions regarding the Seahawks as we near training camp and the 2024 NFL season. 

1 MAY 2024 · Retired journalist Larry Stone joins Gregg Bell and Christopher Kidd to talk about all things Mariners as their pitching is next level, they're hitting definitely needs improvement, this year it's put up or shut up right. 30 APR 2024 · The Seattle Mariners clawed their way to victory over the Atlanta Braves 2-1, thanks to Mitch Garver who crushed a 412-foot two-run homer in the bottom of the ninth inning, despite the Mariners going hitless into the eighth. There's no way the M's can continue playing this brand of ball. Gordie Sammis, offensive line coach for UConn joins the show to talk about all things Christian Haynes, from his strengths and weaknesses, to how he is off the field, and much more.
