As the nightmare in Haiti continues to get worse, some of the citizenry has had enough and they have decided to take the law into their own hands.
Building on our story from yesterday, we are now learning that the vigilante groups we were discussing have now begun exacting revenge on the gangs and gang leaders who have been terrorizing them.
