OUR MISSION at PA Connecting Communities for the last 15 years is to empower individuals with disabilities and provide opportunities to improve their quality of life. PA Connecting Communities is a state-certified provider. We offer services to meet the diverse needs of individuals with a variety of disabilities including intellectual and autism difficulties. Our mission is to support individuals according to their needs We currently serve an estimated 3000 individuals across seven counties. We partner with over 6000 individuals, families, school districts, and other providers. PA Connecting Communities listens to the unique voices of our participants, their families, and our caregivers and provides programs that meet their needs and choices.https://paconnectingcommunities.org/
