Riley was missing for 13 days before being recovered from the Cumberland River. The family has questions and concerns: No Water in his Lungs, No Boots, No Pants. We answer those questions. Rev. Kymmi and Dr. G explain parts of the autopsy report that are confusing people, and comments on the social media blogging that Riley was the victim of the Smiley Face Killers. Rev.
