Today I finally get to delve into Abigail Shrier's crazy-important new book (so glad for these accomplished people that can research and write books) Bad Therapy: Why The Kids Aren't Growing Up. This of course is one of my favorite topics.... what we have collectively done to our rising generation and how do we fortify them enough so that they can even handle the running of our nation when the time comes? I'm all for saving America as we know it, and I'm working towards that every day, but we need a sane and capable generation to hand it down to. Today I have Amanda Mai, a local Board Certified Holistic Health Practitioner and Hypnotherapist to help me unpack all the ways that parents, schools and bad therapy have set up our kids for an uphill climb.
