This particular practice offers solace and sanctuary to those navigating through the dark nights of the soul. Whether you're grappling with the shadows of hard times, wrestling with depression, or simply seeking a moment of peace in a turbulent world, Yoga Nidra offers a doorway into the calmness we seek within. It’s a gentle yet powerful practice that teaches us to welcome all parts of ourselves with compassion and understanding, creating a foundation for radical self-acceptance and healing.

In our session today, we extend an invitation to you: to pause, to breathe, and to gently explore the inner world. Yoga Nidra guides us to a state of conscious relaxation, where the body finds rest while the mind remains awake and alert. This unique state allows us to tap into our innate resilience, promoting emotional balance, reducing stress, and easing symptoms of anxiety and depression. It’s an opportunity to reset and recharge, to release the burdens you've been carrying and to connect with a sense of inner peace that is both grounding a nd uplifting. As we journey together, let this practice be your gentle reminder that light does exist amidst the darkness, and with each breath, you have the power to illuminate the path back to your true self.

The suggested Sankalpas are beautiful. Is there a chance of these being an affirmations episode or audio track? There are lots of affirmation videos and things, but they say things like everything turns out perfectly for me, the universe is aligning just for me, etc. It's impossible for me to know what the universe is and is not doing. I would like affirmations built on healing like I am enough. Thanks for this beautiful yoga nidra!
