At Youturn Health we are constantly looking for paradigm-shifting modalities that will help others achieve a healthy mind/body balance. Marybeth Sheehan from the Nourishment Collective, introduces us to her practice which includes energy work in order to heal trauma, reduce stress and anxiety, and help with grief. Marybeth's gift of afterlife communication was known at a young age and was handed down by her grandmother. Marybeth comes from a very intuitive and very strong faith family. She has studied energy and mindfulness, along with the mind, body, and spirit connection for several years. She is a certified Pranic healer and Mind/Body Specialist. Marybeth is the owner of the Nourish Collaborative, a holistic wellness practice that offers many modalities of healing.
Marybeth has made it her mission to help others not only lead a mindful lifestyle but also teach them how to heal from within and maintain connections to those who have passed on. Being the mother to three young daughters, and a daughter and wife of a firefighter, she works with many parents and children on how to work through things like grief, anxiety, and depression. Marybeth hopes to continue to use her gift to help heal and to educate others who are suffering.
