The pain of trauma can be taxing on the human body, mind and soul. Something that looks like a simple act becomes much more complicated when you haven't healed from your past experiences yet. When people go through struggles as children or adults they need positive guidance in order to heal mentally so their future will have hope instead being trapped inside an endless cycle where nothing gets better because there is no remorseful regret for what happened before

Powerful🔥 Hurt people - hurt people definitely brought make a lot of memories. Your testimony gave a lot of clarity to some of my own life experiences. True healing absolutely comes from casting your cares over to TMH and with the strength of Christ we CAN overcome! All praises to TMH in Christ for growth and not allowing past experiences define who we become. The toxic relationships I’ve experienced have brought powerful lessons in my life.
