She smashed it in sales just as a new entrant and later moved into business at 46 after raising her two boys. She has been able to smash it again in business, got awarded an MBE and became known affectionately as 'The Entrepreneur's godmother' for her commitment to transforming small businesses through education and mentorship.
She is dyslexic and struggled a lot at school. Today, Alison has smashed it with two best seller books - Secrets of Successful sales & Smash it! The Art of getting you want.
