In this episode, Krysta takes us to her corner to discuss her newest fursona and then we tackle a historic subject, the Stonewall Uprising (also called the Stonewall Riots or just Stonewall). We do a bit of history on the LGBTQ+ community in the USA even how , in the earliest days, both Gay men and and lesbians were put to death. We further look at conditions for the LGBTQ+ community in NYC's Greenwich Village and how one club, owned by the Mafia that allowed dancing among gay men became a battleground for freedom loving gay men and women who stood up for themselves. We cover the events of the riot, it's continued importance especially in light of today's 'continued fight for rights for gay and trans-people in this heroic and historic episode of the Family Plot Podcast.
