Emotional Intelligence. Emotional intelligence is the ability to know and control your emotions, as well as knowing the emotions of the people around you.
Emotional intelligence, or EQ, is about regulating your emotions and handling yourself with integrity regardless of the situation. The five skills of EQ include Self-Awareness Self-Regulation Motivation Empathy Social Skills, and all of them are important to carrying oneself with integrity and being more effective day-to-day.
