Hey there, Thinkers! This episode is a thoughtful meditation with just Alanna as she talks about and kind of works through some thoughts on the differences between being alone and being lonely. It's definitely a relevant topic in the lives of the IBT team right now, as well as being something a lot of people are thinking about this time of year- Valentine's Day is approaching, after all, and in many places it's the depths of winter. Feelings of loneliness might be creeping up on you, but please don't fret.
