Hailing originally from Poland, where Agata played high level basketball as well as running, it wasn't until her relocation to Scotland that she came across the behemoth that is CrossFit.
Instantly finding her love of the sport from the fundamentals , Agata found her challenge as regards fitness, on this episode she talks about how the CrossFit community proved to be vital in helping Agata feel welcoming to her new surroundings, the mindset of elite competition , the running and coaching of a CrossFit box, the fitness scene in Edinburgh as well as her experiences at Strength In Depth in 2019 (@strengthindepthuk).
