Continuing the conversation with Andrew Nathan Pierce...
In this episode we venture into a quick discussion on voting responsibilitie, marajuana use, mentorship, and learning to 'Fail Fast' in order to succeed.
Andrew served his country in a time of war, and continues to serve his country, by serving his community as a Legislative/Executive Assistant to the City Council of Edmonds, Washington. No more than 45 days into his new position, he was recognized
for his hard work and dedication to his craft, and he credits that to his military mindset, but most of all—the support from his family to chase the fight.
Our conversation can be summed up in two words, and that's... Process Improvement—for he mentions it as a term to label his profession, however the term itself has a home in the overall theme of all that is introduced in this episode of #YearOfTheVet!
