Jeanne Van Bronkhorst is the author of Dreams at the Threshold: Guidance, Comfort and Healing at the End of Life (Llewellyn 2015). She has graduate degrees in psychology and in social work, and has worked with people facing life-threatening illness for twenty years, including ten years as a hospice social worker. Her first book, Premonitions in Daily Life (2013), has been translated into four languages. She is now working on a research project with healthcare professionals about patient dreams, and a new book about end-of-life care. She lives and writes in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
