Melody Starr Waters - This is a true story. This book is for her somewhat prophetic nineteen year old daughter Melody Starr Waters who went missing for three agonizing months. It was January 10th 1991 in New Hampshire a thick snow had settled onto the land. She had missed her flight back home where she planned to raise her child and with my help get rehabilitation for drug abuse, then continue her education. Melody wanted to be a book writer most all of her life. She was inspired by her collections of diverse books. She absorbed them and received words of praise from her teacher, she had asked to write her life's story. But she will never get to write her dreams. Her body was found hidden beneath the stairwell of her brief boyfriends parent's mansion garage. During the trial of the eighteen year old killer, she plotted to take his life- as he had Melody's. She almost succeeded but Melody's voice seemed to be right directly beside of me in my SUV as she begged, "Don't do it Momma!" In this moment she spared her killers life.
