Ilene Dover, renowned fartologist, has collected stories about people farting when they oughtn't, and compiled them into a book called, 'The Endearing Fart'. This is the first time her research has appeared in print. Ilene has three children and three grandchildren who all admit to having this unbeguiling trait. One of them even uses it as a conversation starter, much to the delight of Ilene. Ilene has include some of their experiences in her book, either as a story or as a poem. Travelling from the Gatineau in Quebec, through Martintown, Ontario and on to Florida, Ilene continues to made headway in her research on the endearing fart.
