They may have carpooled to save on gas money, but now it's more than about saving the green, it's about going green. Consumers would have to be in a deep freeze to not already be taking the first steps in going green. Our cars are more efficient. Almost every consumer products company is pushing us to use more recycled or earth-friendly items... It is as important or more important for businesses to be environmentally conscious because they consume larger quantities of everything in less time than individuals.
