So... what happens when you have a show where two of your top stars are injured, and you happen to fire your main booker 48 hours before the show... oh, and several of your other stars happen to be talking to your opponent? WCW answers that question tonight with WCW Souled Out 2000.

A completely changed card from the originally booked one greets us tonight, as Chris Benoit takes on Sid Vicious for the vacant WCW World Heavyweight Championship, while Billy Kidman take on three (?) members of The Revolution in the Triple Threat Theater series of matches. And, Terry Funk fights Kevin Nash in the third hardcore (yes, we'll talk about this) match of the night, where if Nash loses, the NWO disbands, and if Funk loses, Nash becomes commissioner of WCW.

And, as always, be sure to stay for the big finish, where we name our best and worst matches of the show and the Cash and Trash of the show. What moment will be the last man standing? And what moment will go to the opposing company to be a midcarder for the next few years?

WCW kicks off their final full year in rousing fashion with a new year, a new champion (which becomes a theme for the year), and a new booker. And trust us, Russo WILL be talked about a lot here, as WU covers WCW Souled Out 2000
