Insatiable is an American black comedy-drama web television series created by Lauren Gussis, starring Debby Ryan. It is based on the 2014 New York Times article "The Pageant King of Alabama" by Jeff Chu. The series premiered on Netflix on August 10, 2018. On September 12, 2018, Netflix announced that the series had been renewed for a second season, slated to launch in 2019.
