Nina Tickaradze is the founder and CEO of NADI, an organic juice and specialty foods company with social impact. Motivated by the more than 250,000 internally displaced people (IDPs) in Nina’s native country of Georgia, she launched NADI to provide jobs and economic opportunities to IDPs and refugees. NADI, which means “collective work effort” in Georgian, employs IDPs in the Caucasus Mountains to help produce the first and only USDA Certified Organic Wild Rosehip Juice.

NADI is certified as a women-owned business by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council and was recently named the 2020 winner of the Stacy’s Rise Project™ by PepsiCo. We will speak with this inspirational woman in business and learn about NADI and the amazing work Nina is doing for our world today.
