Kieran travels to Lismore today to meet the McGrath family, who run a farm and a butcher shop. Michael McGrath is one of several generations to run the shop, now followed by his son John. At McGrath’s you’ll find incredible quality, a passionate team and the very best of Irish meats, including beef and lamb from McGrath’s own farm that has been slaughtered in their own abattoir and dry-aged onsite.
