Craig and his business partner Stephen Lynch set up The Coach House in Kilmacthomas in 2017, and it's since become a hugely popular destination for Greenway cyclists. Last July, the two lads opened Crough Coffee at the site of the old shop in Mahon Falls, to cater for walkers and cyclists in the scenic area.
