This week, Kirstin discusses pre-race day nutrition and pre-workout nutrition. Have you ever asked or wondered how much you should eat, or what should you eat, and when before a workout or race day? We've touched on many aspects of nutrition as we've gone over race preparation in other episodes and we've touched on it in other episodes on nutrition; however, now this topic has its own dedicated episode. As it should. It's a breakdown of all the things you need to know.
