Sherril Altstadt suffered her SCI at 19 and despite all the odds against her, she continued on through her first year of college while still in rehabilitation. Now 33 years post injury, she has a Masters in Sign Language, is an Educator, is happly married to the love of her life and is raising 2 beautiful children.
