Josh, if heard you correctly saying your low back gets more sore after cleans than back squats, it may have to do with your ankle mobility. Am I wrong in saying you could use a little more in that department?

I would rather get rid of fronts before back squats. 1 of the reasons is because of what Brian said below

Most lifters do both. If you dont have an issue with front or back, why NOT do both

I agree with Josh, front squat has a greater moment arm for upper back and back squat can have greater moment arm for lower back (depending on limb length).

Fronts are generally way less on the lower back due to placement. Josh is WRONG
