And the lighter drop sets are almost always harder
I usually add a drop set or the especially if I miss a couple times on my max effort lifts

It’s not even the same lift. Also, you can get away with sloppy technique at that weight. Needs to be heavy enough that you are forced to lift with good technique, but light enough you can make adjustments and not strain yourself a ton.
Drop sets build champions
I hate when people do technique with like 60-70%.
I agree with 90% depending on the athlete
80-85%. Heavy enough to put some weight on your hand to fight against but not heavy enough to be ultra strenuous
People always think lighter but I’d argue like 85%-90%
Question: what is the ideal percentage for “technique” work. Let’s say singles.
I accelerate with volume lifts as much as I hate it
