In 2004, Bishop retired as a Senior Chief Petty Officerfrom the United States Navy after 20 years of service.  He then worked for the University of Phoenix as a MBA facilitator for four years.  In July of 2009, he accepted aposition with the Department of the Navy. Bishop has written five books that were sold in stores.  He has also earned a degree in Theological Studies, and a Masters in Human Resource Management, Masters ofTheological Studies, Masters of Divinity and is current working on a Doctoral Degree in Pastoral Leadership.Bishop Fears currently resides in White Plains Marylandwith his wife Teresa, Fears.
