Paolo and I talk about his ride as a PA Teacher of the Year Finalist, what gamifying is to him and how it impacts his classroom, how the over-accountability of teachers can make them lose track of why they got into education, ways to find that passion again, the importance of connecting with other teachers in some way, how a great teacher can be themselves,
