In this episode, the Support Services Advisors facilitate a conversation with Principals Tina Bellaire (Windsor-Essex CDSB), Andre Potvin (Ottawa CDSB) and Dan Seguin (Nipissing-Parry Sound CDSB). They discuss the 2019-20 school year and the impact of the Labour Challenges as well as the COVID-19 crisis. The year was one of challenges faced by Principals and Vice-Principals and the discussion touched on the impact of school and community relationships, management struggles as well as the important roles Catholic Schools play in the lives of students.
