Emily Harman was the Director, Office of Small Business Programs (OSBP) for the Department of the Navy (DON) serving as the chief advisor to the Secretary on all small business matters. She was responsible for small business acquisition policy and strategic initiatives. In this episode, I interview her and tap into her knowledge of coordinating, managing, and overlooking billions of dollar’s worth of contracts over the course of her career. Now, with her extensive experience and expertise, she has shifted into being a strategic advisor for entrepreneurs and professionals.
