There was a question in there about how evaluations and development research are having an impact. 3ie's evidence impact summaries capture narratives of change sparked by evidence: https://www.3ieimpact.org/evidence-hub/evidence-impact-summaries Measuring the downstream effect of these changes on people is not straightforward, but we think giving the best available, locally relevant evidence a seat at the decision-making table can do good.
