My second guest is fellow UK Health Radio presenter, Clive de Carle. Clive talks about how it is healthy to have a tan, and how dangerous sunburn can be.

He also shares his ideal suntan lotion and something to ease any sunburn. You probably won't guess what they are, I didn't.

But I mentioned the sunburn stuff to a friend he said that this also helped his wife's reaction to an insect bite. So it's something to think about.

There is also an update from the UK-ECC about hiring a car in Europe.
