By mid-life, we've experienced it all, haven't we? Drama, trauma, spills, and chills. Then WHY are we so affected when S*** Happens? Aren't we smarter and more experienced? Hasn't Wisdom set in? Mid-life can be a treacherous time for women. Long-held and long-suffering fears, worries and yearnings begin to rise up as our soul begins to whisper, "It's my turn now." As this thought rises, other more powerful thoughts try to push it back down. After decades of giving to others, it's hard to know how to 'take' for ourselves. The resulting resistance can wreak havoc. How do we handle it?
