Passionate about the power of real estate to effect social change, Cherie has extensive experience providing real estate and development services to public and private organizations. With an understanding of the challenges and opportunities inherent in real estate, Cherie provides expertise in strategic real estate planning; organizational readiness assessment; buy versus lease analysis; property and land acquisition/disposition; financial mapping; public/private financing; stakeholder relationships and project management.

Cherie is the former President of Mercy Housing SouthWest, where she led the development, acquisition and management of more than 2000 units of multifamily, affordable and senior housing as well as single family homes in Colorado and Arizona. Cherie was a member of the project team that developed the HealthOne Centennial Healthcare Plaza, the Director of Development for the Colorado Symphony, owner/operator of Crystal Sundries-chain of downtown sundry stores and a Registered Nurse. A recognized community leader, Cherie was Board Chair of the Mile High Community Fund and was the founder of the Jewish Community Response to Family Violence. She also served on Mayor Hancock’s Community Planning & Development Transition Team. In 2003, she was named a “Woman to Watch” by Jewish Women International and, in 2011, was selected by the Denver Business Journal as one of Denver’s Outstanding Women in Business. She is also a Licensed Realtor and has an extensive personal and professional network throughout the region.
