We acknowledge the disconnect between black people and mental health and explain when it’s time to seek outside help. Don’t be ashamed! Rashadah hopes to inspire other with her story. Not only does she host her own podcast called “God, Coffee, & Resilience”, she also has her own mentorship program for those wanted to go through medical school to become a physician assistant.
