First off, I'm not the poster boy for physical fitness, so I'm in the gym a bunch working on it with my trainer - the first time I've worked with a personal trainer since Tampa... and today, I noticed that this one woman was in there, decked out in her Lulumon Athletica... and FLIP FLOPS. Really? WHO the EFF wears flip flops in the gym? I go off.
