She is the founder of Operation SYT Launch, where she guide military spouses on their entrepreneurial journeys. By designing fast and affordable websites for her clients, she helps them create an online home they love and are excited to promote.

Operation SYT Launch started as a passion project but has evolved into a one-stop-shop for website needs, including courses and coaching.

As a military spouse, she know firsthand the unpredictability that comes with living a military lifestyle. That is what inspired her to become an entrepreneur in the first place, and now she get the opportunity to guide other military spouses on their business journeys.

With a 10 years business career, Lily and her twin sister, Patricia, are the founders of SYT Biz, a WordPress and Website Design company. Dedicating part of their time to helping women and military spouses to be entrepreneurs.

“There are people that design for themselves and not for their ideal clients” Lily. In this segment, Lily will explain how creating a website and a strategy behind it leads to success.

[7:23] Lily’s worst failure in 10 years of business.
Lily shares the moment she and her twin sister had to start again and reconsider his business. She said: What could have ended up being a failure ended well.

[10:00] The one mistake business owners do.
Clinging to a business that does not work. If you keep investing time and money in your business, and you don’t get any profit from it; just let it go.

[10:49] Giving up entrepreneurship.
Being an entrepreneur is not an easy path to follow, but giving up once you start is not the best option. Waiting long enough, consistency, hard work, and creating a good strategy is all you need to keep growing.

[12:05] Always look on the positive side.
I asked Lily what skills had led her to be successful, and she said: I always look at the positive side.

When we start this journey, we don't have all the answers and a guide to follow to make things right. Lily says she would have liked to have all the resources from the beginning.
