Did House Speaker Nancy Pelosi try to tie the President’s hands when it comes to keeping us safe? What pet projects did she try to include in the Emergency Coronavirus Package? Abortion legislation? Yep. What else did she slide in there? Why can’t we have a CLEAN, single-issue bill?!?
Candidate for CA’s 25th Congressional District, Mike Garcia discusses Coronavirus concerns. Mike says the priority is to minimize the vulnerability window and move past the threat.
Mike’s Democrat challenger is Christy Smith, champion of the gig-economy-killing AB5 bill. When it came up for reconsideration (repeal/removal) she doubled down and voted for it again. It’s a nod to unions under the guise of protecting workers from something they didn’t want protection from. It put people out of work that gave them flexible options to earn money.
UMD students claim Matt Walsh’s rhetoric ‘gets us killed’. I think they have it backwards. Have you ever seen a Republican physically attack a Liberal for their political stance?
