Shouldn't we reasonably expect people to follow the rules and use some common sense so that the rest of us aren't penalized for their "carelessness"? AND... Is Cook County's tactic to reduce crime simply to decriminalize it? AND... Rev. Al Sharpton is BACK and calling for reparations.
