Stop waiting for someone to hand everything to you. Put some effort into yourself and make something of your life. Have a little work ethic! I went to college, and most of the time, it was whitey who helped me when I needed it. The black community doesn't help each other. You cannot expect a $100k job with a 3rd-grade education. Finish your education!
